Are there samples to order if I'm not entirely sure?

No, we do not ship samples. However, bluu has a 100% "30-day money-back guarantee" — this means if you are unsatisfied for understandable reasons, we will refund your full purchase price (within 30 days of your purchase date). You do not need to return the Laundry Detergent Sheets to us, instead we recommend gifting them to someone who could use them.

What payment methods are available?

In our online shop you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Klarna, Twint, or by invoice. The invoice will be sent via email by our partner POWERPAY as soon as the order has been shipped.
