Is there also an unscented variant of the bluu Laundry Detergent Sheets?

The delicate laundry detergent is specifically formulated for wool, silk, and delicate fabrics. The cleaning performance is identical across all Laundry Detergent Sheets.

Do these small Laundry Detergent Sheets even work?

Yes! Despite its extremely low weight of just 3 grams, we can absolutely assure you that we have tested the washing performance thoroughly and countless times so that we can fully stand behind our product. For stubborn stains, we recommend using an additional stain remover (such as a laundry bar soap) before washing.

I have a large washing machine (8 kg), what do I need to consider?

If you have a large washing machine with an 8 kg wash drum, you should simply use double the amount of Laundry Detergent Sheets specified on the packaging, unlike standard washing machines (4-5 kg).

Can I also use bluu Laundry Detergent Sheets for hand washing?

Yes, Laundry Detergent Sheets are excellent for use when hand washing laundry. Important: wash your hands thoroughly afterwards! For sensitive skin, we specifically recommend our Laundry Detergent Sheets "Nonscents", which are completely free of fragrances and perfumes.

They deliver gentle Laundry care without putting unnecessary strain on fabric fibers.

Can the bluu Laundry Detergent Sheets also be used for technical and breathable textiles?

Yes, the Laundry Detergent Sheets are suitable for all textiles. Please follow the care instructions on your clothing items for best results. Because the Laundry Detergent Sheets contain no cationic surfactants or solvents, they do not compromise the breathability of fabrics.

My Laundry Detergent Sheets don't dissolve completely. What should I do?

Please note the optimal loading of your washing drum. The rule of thumb for a standard wash cycle is: a raised, spread hand should always still fit inside the drum above the loaded laundry. For delicate or wool laundry, the washing drum should be filled to a maximum of only half capacity. We also recommend placing the Laundry Detergent Sheets at the back of the drum, so water reaches the sheet directly and dissolves it as quickly as possible. This also prevents the sheet from sticking to the washing machine door.

Are bluu Laundry Detergent Sheets more expensive than regular laundry detergent?

The bluu Laundry Detergent Sheets cost approx. CHF 0.33 per wash cycle, which is comparable to the price of an average laundry detergent. As with any product, there are cheaper and more expensive alternatives. For example, if you order 6 boxes at the same time, you pay only CHF 0.26 per wash cycle.

Are the bluu Laundry Detergent Sheets also suitable for allergy sufferers?

bluu consists of non-ionic and anionic surfactants, and long-lasting fragrances are used for the "Alpine Freshness" variant. Although the Laundry Detergent Sheets are very gentle and manufactured without bleach, preservatives, or parabens, we do not classify them as hypoallergenic. Furthermore, the Laundry Detergent Sheets were tested for skin compatibility by Dermatest and rated "very good". This means they are suitable for all skin types.

Do I still need fabric softener?

bluu itself contains no plasticizers. If you do not want to go without fabric softener, you can still use it as usual. Incidentally, a simple alternative to fabric softener is regular white household vinegar (not vinegar essences). You can add approximately 30–60 ml of vinegar to the fabric softener dispenser. The vinegar softens the water, disinfects, and removes limescale deposits and any detergent residue from the fibers of your clothing.

Are the bluu Laundry Detergent Sheets vegan?

Because our Laundry Detergent Sheets are neither made from animal-derived ingredients nor tested on animals, they are 100 % vegan.
