Are there samples to order if I'm not entirely sure?

No, we do not send samples. However, bluu offers a 100% "30-day money-back guarantee", meaning that if you are not satisfied for valid reasons, we will refund your purchase price (up to 30 days from the purchase date). You do not need to send the washing strips back to us; you can best give them to someone who can use them.

What payment methods are available?

In our online shop you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Klarna, Twint, or by invoice. The invoice will be sent via email by our partner POWERPAY as soon as the order has been shipped. If you would rather pay in cash, you can also purchase bluu at select stores, which you can find here.
