No, we do not ship samples. However, bluu has a 100% "30-day money-back guarantee" — this means if you are unsatisfied for understandable reasons, we will refund your full purchase price (within 30 days of your purchase date). You do not need to return the Laundry Detergent Sheets to us, instead we recommend gifting them to someone who could use them.

In our online shop you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Klarna, Twint, or by invoice. The invoice will be sent via email by our partner POWERPAY as soon as the order has been shipped. If you would rather pay in cash, you can also purchase bluu at select stores, which you can find here.

At bluu, neither packaging, shipping, nor delivery fees apply for orders with a minimum order value of 15 francs.

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible (guaranteed to ship the same day if placed by 12:30 PM) and will arrive to you via A-Post or B-Post within 1-2 days (CH)

Currently, we deliver within Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will check whether it meets the criteria of our return policy. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
