This is how it works!

1st laundry in the drum.
With bluu you can wash all textiles in an environmentally friendly way, whether white, black or colored. Even wool, silk or cashmere gets clean with bluu.

2. bluu wash strips on top.
Simply place the bluu washing strip on top of the laundry and it will dissolve within a few seconds as soon as water is added.

3. start the washing process. And now just press "Start". With bluu, your laundry will be clean and smell fresh and delicate (Alpine freshness version). This is how sustainable washing works!

Application calcbusters

1. place an unopened calcbuster without additional detergent in the main detergent compartment (II).

2. select the cleaning program or the program with the highest possible temperature. Important: without prewash program and without clothes.

3. start the machine.

Notes: Store in a dry environment. Please follow the machine manufacturer's instructions for use.

    • No, the pads are placed unopened in the main detergent compartment (II).

    • Yes, the cover dissolves completely in the washing machine.

  • 03Why is the descaler in a case?

    • The cover prevents direct skin contact with the descaler when using the calcbusters.

  • 04What are the advantages of calcbusters over other descaling agents?

    • Due to the inorganic acid, the calcbusters are up to 6x stronger and up to 10x more effective in terms of descaling time than other descaling agents. The cellulose coating prevents the descaler from coming into contact with the skin.

  • 05How often should the washing machine be descaled?

    • The harder the water and the more often the washing machine is used, the more often the machine needs to be descaled. In areas with medium to high water hardness, it is recommended to descale the washing machine every 1-2 months. In areas with soft water, every 2-3 months is sufficient.

  • 06How do I use the bluu wash strips?

    • It couldn't be simpler: open the washing machine, put the laundry in the drum, put the washing strips on top, start the machine and off you go.

Bluu CALCBUSTERS

Liebe BLUU Team
Ich wasche meine Wäsche schon lange mit den Bluu Waschstreifen. Jetzt habe ich die CALCBUSTERS eingesetzt. 1 CALCBUSTER, Waschmaschine leer bei 95 Grad.
Nun hat meine Waschmaschine einen üblen Geruch wenn sie leer ist. Woran kann das liegen ?

Vielen Dank für deine Rückmeldung.
Der Gestank kann daher kommen, das der calcbuster die Kalknester löst und somit Bakterien freisetzt, welche für den üblen Geruch sorgen.
Dies ist vermutlich dann der Fall, wenn die Maschine schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt wurde. Hier könnte die Maschine ein weiteres Mal entkalkt werden, um die Bakteriennester komplett abzubauen.
Dass der Gestank durch den calcbuster entsteht, kann ausgeschlossen werden. Es kann nur das zum Vorschein kommen, was bereits in der Maschine steckt.
