    • A cellulose sponge should be replaced approximately every two to four weeks to avoid the build-up of germs. For optimum hygiene, we recommend weekly cleaning at 60°C in the washing machine or dishwasher and drying in a ventilated area between uses.

    • Yes, the sponge can be washed in the washing machine at 60 °C without any problems.

  • 03What ingredients does the spongeblub consist of?

    • Our spongeblub is made from high-quality natural and recycled materials. The sponge side is made from 100% cellulose of plant origin, which is obtained in France. Cellulose is a renewable raw material with excellent absorbency. The fiber side consists of a sustainable blend of 60% recycled sisal and 40% recycled PET, which is manufactured in Italy. The sisal comes from recycled coffee sacks and is a particularly hard-wearing natural fiber obtained from the agave plant. The PET is made from recycled PET bottles and provides additional stability and durability. This combination makes our spongeblub both environmentally friendly and functional.

  • 04How can I dispose of the spongeblub?

    • The sponge must be disposed of in the residual waste.

  • 05How do I care for the spongeblub so that it lasts longer?

    • Rinse the sponge thoroughly after each use and allow it to air dry. For a more thorough clean, you can occasionally clean it in the washing machine at 60 °C or in the top rack of the dishwasher.
