1. place a calcbuster unopened in the drum.

2. select the cleaning program or the longest program with the highest possible temperature. Important: without prewash program, without detergent and without laundry.

3. start the empty machine.

4. dispose of any residues.

    • No, the pads are placed unopened in the main detergent compartment (II).

  • 02Do the entire pads dissolve during use?

    • Yes, the cover and contents dissolve completely in the washing machine. However, if any residue remains, please dispose of it.

  • 03Why is the descaler in a case?

    • The cover prevents direct skin contact with the descaler when using the calcbusters.

  • 04What are the advantages of calcbusters over other descaling agents?

    • Due to the inorganic acid, the calcbusters are up to 6x stronger and up to 10x more effective in terms of descaling time than other descaling agents. The cellulose coating prevents the descaler from coming into contact with the skin.

  • 05How does limescale form and why does the washing machine need to be descaled?

    • Water contains calcium and magnesium ions as well as various minerals, which can lead to limescale deposits when water is heated. The harder the water, the higher the concentration of dissolved minerals such as calcium and magnesium ions. With hard water, the potential for the formation of limescale deposits is correspondingly higher. As water is heated in every washing machine, regular descaling is necessary! The dosage of detergent also plays a role: if the detergent is over- or underdosed, this encourages the formation of limescale deposits. The bluu washing strips are optimally formulated and already pre-dosed, they help to minimize limescale deposits in the washing machine. Bestellvorgang und Lieferung waren einfach und schnell organisiert. Lieder hat sich bei mir das Waschmaschinen und Entkalkersäckchen sind vollständig aufgelöst (das ist jedoch zum ersten mal passiert).

Zufluss verstopft

Leider hat sich der Beutel nicht aufgelöst und der Zufluss von Waschmittelfach in die Maschine ost nun verstopft.

Falls sich die calcbusters nicht auflösen, kann es an der Waschmaschine liegen. Es gibt einige wenige Maaschinentypen, bei denen sich der calcbuster im Waschmittelfach nicht auflöst. Dies hat mit der Menge und Intensität des Wasserstarhls zu tun.

In diesem Fall empfehlen wir, dass Sachet direkt in die Trommel zu geben. Dort ist genug Wasser vorhanden, damit sich der calcbuster einwandfrei auflösen kann.
